Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical planning products ordered from Cleansepurifyir. Digital downloads, if offered separately, are described at the time of purchase.

Return window

You may return unused physical items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding original shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Condition of items

Workbooks and card sets must show no writing, highlighting, or missing components. Opened shrink wrap is acceptable if the product itself is unused.

How to start a return

1. Email contactus@cleansepurifyir.world with your order reference and reason for return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address in Minneapolis, MN.
3. Ship the item with tracking. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-returnable situations

• Items marked as final sale at checkout
• Products damaged after delivery through misuse
• Digital files once download links have been accessed, where stated at purchase

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or prepaid return as appropriate.
